Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set the conditions for visiting and using Seminole County Busted Mugshots. Using the pages or following a linked tool means the visitor accepts these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the service.

Seminole County Busted Mugshots is a privately operated reference service with no affiliation to a government agency, sheriff's office, jail, court, or corrections department. It points visitors toward Seminole County and Georgia record resources, but it is not a private investigation firm, does not keep official records, and does not offer consumer-reporting or FCRA-covered services through itself or its advertising partners.

What This Service Is

This is a private information resource. It has no government connection and cannot confirm current custody, release a person, post bond, file a records request, or change an official entry. The Seminole County Sheriff's Office jail page, the Georgia Courts system, GDC, and the relevant federal offices remain the custodians of their own records.

The pages describe county jail rosters, booking feeds, court paths, city records, and outside research tools. A linked service may have separate terms, pricing, and privacy practices. A visitor must review those terms before submitting information to another provider.

Acceptable Use

Use the pages and links only in a lawful and respectful way. The following conduct is not permitted:

  • Breaking any applicable law or regulation through use of the service
  • Stalking, threatening, intimidating, or harassing another person
  • Trying to enter an account, server, or system without authorization
  • Running bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated collection tools without written permission
  • Interfering with availability, security, or normal use by other visitors
  • Submitting false, misleading, or abusive information to a linked provider

FCRA Limits and Prohibited Uses

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
  • Tenant or housing screening and related occupancy decisions
  • Judging creditworthiness, lending risk, or insurance premiums
  • Licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or a similar determination
  • Any other consumer eligibility purpose covered by the FCRA

Outbound links may lead to county jail rosters, booking feeds, sheriff and corrections pages, Georgia Courts, city offices, the GDC offender query, the BOP locator, the ICE locator, or other research services. Seminole County Busted Mugshots does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, data handling, security, fees, or uptime. Review each destination's own rules before relying on it.

Suspension or Revocation

Access to all or part of the service may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. This may include suspected abuse, security concerns, a violation of these terms, or a need to protect the service and its visitors.

Georgia Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may be brought against the service must be filed in a court located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires another forum.
